MUAY THAY SEMINAR
This Seminar is for members to explore a whole new style of martial arts outside the realm of grappling!
Two day Seminar for those who want to simply see what Muay Thai is and a second day for those who want to dive a little deeper into the martial art and sport.
Day one Level 1 - SAT. DEC 10TH
Introduction to Muay Thai
Foundation for leg strikes
Connecting hand strikes to leg strikes with mitt work
Basic combinations and light application
Day two Level 2 - SUN. DEC 11TH
Leg conditioning
Warm up combinations
Advanced kicks and application drills
Sparring drills
Cool down leg conditioning
Day 1/ level 1 will require boxing gloves but no mouth piece and is only $40 to attend
Day 2/ level 2 will require boxing gloves, shin pads, and a mouth piece.
Any members who wish to attend day 2/ level 2 must attend the first day as well. Price for level 1 and level 2 will be $60.
No experience is required for both days and there will be NO HARD CONTACT on either day.
